MTN compensates Blackberry Internet Subcribers for downtime

Apparently, In making amendments for the inconveniences caused by MTN during the 2 days downtime experienced by their subscribers in various part of the country Mtn has added to the expiry dates of  Blackberry Internet Subcribers.

I got the message on my Blackberry Device:

Y’ello, due to the recent failure on your BB service, your subscription has been extended by 3 days. Text STATUS to 21600 to verify. We regret any inconvenience.

    They should have given additional Mb along with the extension, cos virtually everyone I know "reaches fair usage" b4 the BIS expiry date..

    They think they are wise, wats the point of extending when its useless. In less than 2 weeks of subscrition, av reached dere so called fair usage & den dey start charging. Extention not needed without additional MB
